Operations & Maintenance

The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects are for Boiler-based / Co-Generation / Bio-CNG / Bio-CBG etc industries. All Services are performed by qualified and trained employees or, sub-contractors of Agriplantx Natural; complying with All Applicable Norms & Regulations; with competency to carry out the assigned tasks. The offtake is generally in the form of Process Steam and billed at the rate of the steam supply. Agriplantx Natural performs the services in a manner to comply with Laws, Regulations and Permits and to deliver value-added services to its Clients. Agriplantx Natural may sub-contract part of the responsibilities to its approved operators.

BOOT (Build, Own, Operate & Transfer) for Boilers & Co-Generation Plants

Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) Model; wherein a project (Boiler-based / Co-Generation / Bio-CNG / Bio-CBG etc) is installed and operated by Agriplantx Natural over long-term contract (10 to 15 years or more); while the offtake is billed as per Contract Rates. The client accrues savings of Capital Investment for Boilers & Accessories etc.

All additional benefits of the Operation & Maintenance Contracts, including major reduction in costs, freeing up of manpower & increased efficiency of the system in entirety; with responsibility shifting to Agriplantx Natural from the are accrued by the Clients.
